STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:
FOR LIGHT & HEAVY DUTY SHUTTERS
- SHUTTERS CURTAINS:
Roll from rst grade high tensile galvanised or pre-coated colour steel
with carefully design interlocking groove, advance design auto cut-o edge endlock to achieve maximum holding strength to each interlocking lath. For LIGHT DUTY shutters available on 0.5mm and middle weight
0.7-0.8mm thickness.
For HEAVY DUTY shutter available on 1.0mm, 1.1mm & 1.2mm thickness. For LIGHT & HEAVY DUTY ALUMINIUM SHUTTERS are of extruded
sections available of 1.0mm, 1.2mm & 1.4mm thickness.
- BOTTOM BAR:
Roll formed from high tensile steel of minimum 1.2mm thickness to the shape of single angle design with mitred edge.
(optional for additional angle upon request.)
For Aluminium Shutters: Extruded Aluminium T-section.
- SIDE GUIDE RAILS:
- For LIGHT DUTY shutters – Roll formed steel U-shape section of 38x25x1.2mm with mitred edge.
- For HEAVY DUTY shutters – Fabricate from high tensile steel of minimum thickness of 1.6mm with a groove of 75mm depth or roll from guide design PRS-G TYPE STEEL GUIDE with 75mm depth groove.
- SHUTTERS ENCLOSER BOX:
Fabricate from hollow steel section with G.I, G.I colour or Zincalume cover
to be painted with one coat of anti rust primer to factory standard.
- OPERATION CONTROL TYPE:
- MOTORISED TYPE WITH GEAR REDUCTION SPEED CONTROL:
Each motor shall equip with auto brake release level, limit switches, built-in thermal protector, manual chain override with endless chains, one unit of 3 way push button switch with keys as standard.
Motor operation of shutter at 3 to 5 meter per minute.
power source: 230 volts 1 phase / 440 volts 3 phase.
- MANUAL GEAR REDUCTION SPEED CONTROL:
By mean of endless chain operation through of gear reductions to achieve
light and smooth operation. (chain block with galvanised chains)
- MANUAL SPRING COUNTER BALANCE TYPE:
Assembled from galvanised steel pulleys and high torsion carbon
steel spring elements with 38mm diameter steel pipes.
OPTIONAL FEATURES:
- Weather rubber seal for bottom bar
- Wireless remote control
